1. Register account
Every new wholesaler needs to sign up first on the website: Create Account. It is very simple and only takes 1-2 mins to finish. There are only two things that you may need to pay more attention to, the first is to put in a correct country code before your number in 'Phone Number' (for example US/Canada +1, Mexico +52, UK +44, etc.); the second is to submit your EIN/ABN/VAT/ITN if you have it. Note: each business entity or person can ONLY create one wholesale account.
2. Price & discounts
After logging in to the website, you can start to go through the catalog. Wholesale prices are fixed as 30% off normal retail prices. What does it mean? For example, a baby romper is priced at US$9.99, thus its wholesale price on the website is US$6.99. If this product is later marked down to $8.99 temporarily in a promo on PatPat.com, its wholesale price still remains the same at $6.99. Vice versa, it will not go up when its retail price does. Note: There is a purchase limit of 6 items in PatPat's promo. Normal pricing will be applied to other items when you exceed the limit.
Apart from wholesale prices, there are additional discounts (5%-20%, based on the subtotal) that can be applied when you check out. 3. Review cart
It is a good idea to review your cart before check out. Each wholesale purchase requires a minimum of US$200 (for US clients, minimum $100). You don't want to make another order of over $200 just for something that you forgot to add to the shopping cart. Based on your geographic information, prices on product detail pages and the shopping cart page are displayed in the local currency, they will be converted to USD at the most current exchange rate when you go on to check out.
(ATTENTION: If you have a large shopping cart of hundreds of line items to check out, you may need to read this first: How to Make a Large Volume Purchase on PatPat Wholesale). Besides, we strongly recommend leaving an order note if you have special requests on your order (want to resell under the brand of PatPat; need the images of the products that you buy; shipping all things together at once or separately, etc.). Due to the number of orders that are processed daily, we may not receive your special requests outside of cart notes.
4. Check out
Information
Filling in a correct and deliverable shipping address is the most important thing when you place a wholesale order. Applicable shipping & handling fees may be charged for any address change after placing the order. Based on your order total, you have a corresponding discount code applicable. Please note that you can use only one discount code in one order. However, gift card codes can be used together with an applied discount.
Shipping
After clicking 'Continue to shipping', you will see there are one or two shipping methods provided: Standard or Express. For Standard shipping to countries in North America, Europe, East Asia, it usually takes 7-14 business days to deliver. Express shipping is much faster than Standard, although you need to pay duties and taxes. Let's say, you reside in an EU member country, then the local customs would contact you for import clearance when the goods arrive at them. If you need it for your order, you MUST select Express shipping instead of Standard.
The shipping charge is based on the order value, country, and the shipping method. For the exact rate of your country, you may try checking out the shopping cart. Note: if you are unable to see any shipping method, either we are still not able to ship wholesale orders to your country or your order total does not meet up the minimum wholesale order value.
Payment
Now, we are almost there. There are two payment options available on the website currently: PayPal or Bank Transfer. For PayPal, after clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely. For Bank Transfer, you can do either a wire transfer or a bank deposit.
And then, we are done!
